Welcome to my page!
I was born Dec. 22, 1958 (do the math lol) I am married and have 4 children two daughters and two sons.
My name Irishnut came from my favorite breed of dog the Irish Setter, I had them for over 30 years my husband called me the Irish Setter nut and it eventually got shortened to Irishnut. Currently I don't own any dogs but my children have quite a few and since they live at home our home currently has 9 dogs:
1 Border Collie named Jake
5 Pembroke Welsh Corgis named Honey, Toodles, Millie, Snow and Tony.
My oldest moved into her own apartment and took her Beagle Mix named Sophia and her Corgi named Bruiser
Before you ask to be on one of my breeding teams!!
Please understand that being on a breeding team is a very big responsibility. You are responsible for training your dogs to 80 HS and it is important that you can do that before the dog reaches 4 years of age as sometimes it takes a while to get both genders and if your female dies before you do this you might have to train another one or use a rose (note you may also need to use premz on roses for breeds that have limited breedings such as the Border Collie). Next you must respect the team as far as not selling any dogs that are too high of a cap because when dogs that are too close to the highest cap in the game get released from the control of the team it means other players will have the ability to overtake our stars. You also must be willing to pass the top dog to someone else on the team if for any reason you can not be online to finish the dog (this only applies to breeds that can be sold) especially on breeds that there is competition. We share all stars and training responsibility so that each team member must train both genders. When it is your turn to train the female of a breed it is also your turn to earn the stars. I have no idea how many times I have had team members that have been idle, left the game, got grounded or for what ever reason have not logged in causing our top dogs to be stuck on an idle account and ending up in the sanctuary leaving the top dog/stars in the hands of another player not on the team. If you don't feel you can be around please don't let your dogs go to anyone not on the team by sending them to another team member and when you return to the game you will be welcome back on the team.
Two things that are worth reading:
The Serenity Prayer:
God Grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
The Gestalt prayer:
You do your thing, and I will to mine. I am not in this world to live up to your expectations and you are not in this world to live up to mine. If in the course of life we should meet it will be wonderful!
An interesting saying:
Life is just a game, by the time you learn the rules you are too old to play!
I have changed my policies on selling dogs and offering breedings so please don't be rude if you can't have what you want.
